Freestyle Disco
Lyrical Slow Dance
Freestyle Disco is a fun, vibrant dance style. Developed from Jazz dance, incorporating various jumps, leaps, kicks & spins, we also use an element of acro/gymnastic dance & flexibility is included within your training.
Lyrical Slow is infused with various styles such as; Ballet, Jazz and Latin, movements are flowing to help tell your story through dance, expression is very important as you perform. As with Freestyle Disco we incorporate leaps, jumps, turns and kicks with an element of acro/gymnastic dance & again flexibility is included in training.
Freestyle allows the dancer freedom to express themselves and is performed to upbeat music. Freestyle is fast changing to keep up with modern trends and modern music!
Ballroom & Latin
Classical Sequence
Ballroom Dancing is a beautiful dance style accessible to all, no matter your age or ability! We work using the IDTA syllabus to build on techniques and style and cover all 10 dances plus many more rhythms. From the Ballroom Waltz to the Latin Cha Cha Cha we have you covered strictly style!
Both classes and private 1-2-1 tuition is available from 3yr right up to Adults.
We hold twice yearly IDTA exam sessions & take part in cabarets as well as running a very successful competition team!

Flexibility & ACRO Dance Skills
Vital in today's Dance Industry!
Develop your Strength, Flexibility & Endurance to learn new skills in a safe controlled environment with qualified AcroTrix teachers. We cover everything from leg splits to aerials - no matter what level you are at we will enhance your chosen dance style or maybe this is your focus to develop through our AcroTrix syllabus. Either way we have you covered. This class takes hard work & dedication but with the right training & support you can achieve those goals & build upon those skills, with the right technique. We love learning partner tricks and group work too.
Stretch & Conditioning is so important as a dancer - it enables you to loosen the muscles and gets your whole body better prepared for dance classes and performances. Stretching will also relieve tension from working.

Our Musical Theatre classes cover the 3 elements of Musical Theatre but specialises in Musical Theatre Dance & Characterisation.
We work on the core techniques of through exercises and games then use them within our work using all the musicals you know from the West End!
2023 saw our summer production of Welcome to Wonderland
2023 saw our debut on stage in the West End as we went to perform in December. Summer 2024 saw our mini production of Once Upon A Time
And we have currently just started work towards our next production.
We hold annual IDTA exams, plus various showcases and cabarets!

VIVA BAMBINO - Mini Movers The Perfect Introduction to the World of Dance! At VIVA Le dance our Mini Movers classes are designed to give the best introduction to everything dance, we cover various styles & rhythms to develop Musicality, Co-ordination & Confidence Perfect opportunity to practice those social skills and meet new friends too! Our classes are super fun & engaging! Many of our Mini Mover graduates move on to take our mainstream classes. We currently have 12 graduates still dancing with us, several of them are now on our competition teams & they have also recently passed their very first IDTA dance exams!
